I have the honour to inform you that Sergeant Baker, who is about to proceed on leave to England, and who has received permission to return to the Service after his period of leave, has a wife and five children and has applied that passages to England may be granted him for the whole of his family.
By the leave regulations, copy of which I enclose, he is entitled to a passage to England, and to a return passage for his wife.
